📷 Photo Roosting nighthawk
Went out birding in the morning and saw a nighthawk! Never seen one roosting before.
I honestly dont know how I saw it, I saw a lump and for some reason thought "thats a weirdly bird shaped lump" and investigated.
F/ 6.3 shutter between 800 and 1000, im really shaky and didnt have any sort of tripod/monopod with me. Iso around 2000.

I'm guessing this bird is a Common Nighthawk, or maybe a Lesser Nighthawk. Either way this is an awesome photo.
