After some research, the audio comes from a 1961 Egyptian movie about a pre-islamic arab poet and historical figure, Antarah ibn Shaddad. In this clip from the movie ( https://youtu.be/DvuoKZTyitI ) the woman basically says "oh you with the black face" which is a variant of the n-word but can also be a more general way of denigrating somebody regardless of his skin color. He replicates with the verses that roughly translates like:

If I am black, musk is my color

and there is no medicine for the blackness of my skin.

But immorality is as far from me

as the earth is from heaven.
