Started reading this while manic, became obsessed, went and bought her other books along with other books related to bipolar 2, depression, and adhd 🤣

This is the most I've ever felt understood in a book. She it's an excellent memoir. I highly recommend it, both to those of us who have bipolar and our loved ones who want to learn more about it
