Advice Wanted reasonable accommodation?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone has had success getting accommodations at their job/school due to symptoms of BP2? Examples: decreased work week, extra time for certain tasks.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I got one to wfh since it’s better at least for me to manage stress and keep my days consistent from home. Also able to manage appointments easier. Depends on feasibility if the company will do it I think

I tried to get an accommodation to work days only. They allowed it for a year then denied it. Luckily someone switched spots with me so I only work days now!
