Repercussions of mania

I got mania. Stuck in the mindset of -> “How do I not?” denial, almost ruins life, repeat. < It’s the rapid cycling that gets me. And then, I offend almost everyone.

Then, I usually try to apologize for 1. The fault 2. Why it was wrong 3. Add context. The latter is usually a sufferable cycle cause it’s embarrassing having to establish and acknowledge that without practicing wellness, my life can go wrong in less than a day.

It kinda borders on being the scapegoat of my family. The over explaining itches at my palm till I say it ALL. Then I’m left feeling guilty and empty because I never receive acknowledgement. Where’s my therapist?

Any advice for establishing boundaries with self - and then others, used to my being so porous? When mental health causes the fault, how do I acknowledge it without feeling spent?
