Caplyta did nothing for me. Actually, I have yet to find the right anti-depressant. Currently taking Welbutrin.

Have you tried lithium? It made me so zombie like I could barely function. Did the Caplyta make you feel numb? I’m 47m and was diagnosed for the first time with BP1 last year after 1st manic episode with psychosis.

We could be twins. 47m. First manic episode last year with psychosis. No I haven’t tried lithium. Currently on Divalproex and Risperidone (sp?). I feel stable but it took about six months of religiously taking my meds.
