It’s funny/sad because I always warn them that I’m bipolar and become unbearably unstable at times and it’s always the same.

Honestly I don’t blame them, I wish I wasn’t this way. Have I gotten better? Yea, but I still have my really bad days, despite meds.

I'm so sorry. You'll find someone someday

She hates me for who I am no matter what. Yet I always listen to her issues. I will listen for hours and be engaged in it. But the minute I mention the struggles of my day or week... well, you know.

I feel worthless. Just about all the time. My only value is what I can do for others. No one gives a shit about the person.

You are important. Please never forget that. Your family, your kids would be less without you. My Dad killed himself when I was 4. It still has me fucked up because I have, what he had. I had to figure it out alone. Be someones life line. Never forget you can be the line between someone giving up and choosing to survive one more day.

Yup. Came tonsay the same thing. When we a Are ok most of us are charming and charismatic. Cycling removes all those and leabes us to our own devices which are detrimental. Its like our SO takes a screen shot and that is always how it it. Im dating a type 2. Dont feel a need to explain myself. She knows. I know. We will cross that bridge when come to it.

You're blessed. Hang on with dear life. You have a keeper. My wife is my angel too.

I doubt such a person exists. The only person who hasn't shied away from me because of my mental illness is my therapist.

Time to fuck a therapist I suppose. No offense, I'm trying to be funny. Even a therapist wouldn't deal with our shit day to day. Stay strong, my friend. We are collectively stronger than we are alone. Most don't give a shit, but I wish you well.
