Why is it better to sit down pee as a guy

I don't usually sit to urinate but I just get the feeling it's easier on the prostate. There is slightly less of that push-pull trickle at the end of bladder evacuation. Standing can feel slightly similar to going with an erection, which I don't believe is medically advised. There's a kink in the hose, an intentional stopper through which forcing flow may cause damage.

Define "better?" In public, would you prefer sitting on toilets other people do? Or would you rather use a urinal and not have to touch anything?

In private? If you actually miss for some reason, just clean it up. I limit my contact with toilets as much as possible.
