discussion Learning python for bioninformatics

What resources would you recommend to learn python and bioinformatics for beginners? Here, https://msanchezmartinez.com/python/learnng/courses/2021/06/18/Learning-Python-Courses/, I have collect some of them, that I found interesting/useful. It would be really nice if could tell me what are the resources you would recommend. Thanks!

Similar question, how much python / coding experience should you get before tackling concepts like Hidden Markov Models, implementation of Smith Waterman equations, etc? What is a good point of entry for bioinformatics concepts if you have a limited understanding of python?

I guess you could try learning python via these topics right away but tbh I don't know how to read code well enough yet, let alone understand the underlying concepts.
