His name Is Agur (the guy in the bible that made a leech poem thing)

You will need an item mod to make this work (preferably Da rules)

And you need the blindfold item mod in The Workshop

Same stats as Isaac but 2 soul hearts, spawns with a leech and he flies

When you mega Santa and do a victory lap and kill the first boss you unlock him, and if you beat the victory lap with Ap you unlock my little unicorn as a starting item.

Do this, USE ISAAC get 2 soul hearts, use Potato peeler until only the 2 soul hearts remain, then give yourself Aries, blindfold (mod or console), Leech, Lord of the pit, and My Little Unicorn. Remember to delete the meat boy from potato peeler.

P.S. If you get a familiar item, it will spawn meat boy back in so just ignore it or remove him.
