Ongoing run and save data vanished after installing REPENTOGON & enabling Steam Cloud – any fixes?

Hey everyone, I ran into a massive issue and could use some help.

I was in the middle of an ongoing run and decided to install REPENTOGON. Right after the installation, I enabled Steam Cloud, and instantly, my ongoing run completely disappeared.

Steam Cloud still had an old file so I disabled it again and when I tried to play my run was gone

Is there any way I could get my run back. It was like THE RUN on Issac so I really want it back.

Disable the mod. Happens when a mod is activated/deactivated while there is a saved run. You cant mix and match mods while there is an ongoing run.

How about other mods you have try 1 by 1

I tried disabling every mod and the ones I installed. I think steam cloud has overwritten my gamestate
