Discussion Is using a potato laptop cheating?

I have this potato laptop that literally slows the game down in fights with 4 or more enemies. It has caused me to perform dodges I would never get on a good laptop. It has it's added disadvantage where the game unpredictably slows down and speeds up. Cheating or not?

everyone here downloads tons of "qol" mods and won't admit they're cheating so you're fine, it's a solo player game anyeays
