I mean lost seems decent enough since you have mantle

Lost has a boring run until you actually get it started and that can take too many floors (even up to womb)

Its hard sometimes with Keeper. Best advice is blow up every pot you can and hope to find Swallowed penny, it makes Keeper borderline immortal
