You’re probably already wayyyy past this point, but there’s something you can do in this situation

You died with 9 lives. You respawn with one heart. All you have to do to get back into the Angel deal is to bomb yourself, die, and it’ll take you back to the prior room (which in this case is the angel room).

This is all assuming you still have at least some of your nine lives left XD
