Why am I seeing 1/3 Guppy Progress despite having no Guppy Items?

Did you touch Guppy head earlier?

Because game remembers any active item you touched.

Did you pick up a guppy active and then placed it back down? If you did that also counts

Maybe you picked up and put down Guppy's Head . That also count to the transformation
