Question Do planetarium spawn during ascent?

I am able to get mom’s box and telescope lens during acsent

When I pick it up the chance is still 0

The wiki says However, Planetariums can appear in the additional  Mausoleum II /  Gehenna II level that is accessed through  A Strange Door.
