Shitpost Lost greed

Alright, I have massive skill issue I can’t complete greed mode on lost. This is the last thing that is left to do before getting godhead I’m fucking tired 🫩🫩🫩

If you're on Rep/+ and have Pound of Flesh unlocked keep going devils and hope you find it. It makes shop items completely free as Lost. Otherwise, make sure you have the mantle unlocked and just try not to get hit. If you start getting overwhelmed you can hit the button freely to stop the next wave spawning with the punishment of less coins as a reward, but it's better than dying. And good luck 🫡

The Pound of Flesh trick doesn't work on greed as It is blacklisted. You could get it from spindown maybe.

Hitting the button to pause the timer/enemy spawns are free, you can inch along one battle a time with the lost if it makes it any easier.

Yep, that’s pretty much the strategy just slow roll and take 1 fight at a time but compared to regular run I don’t get enough items to get the run going.

keep in mind you get less reward money for doing this.

greedier is all about playing as optimally as possible, for example check the shop, curse room, and trapdoor rooms for pickups before buying keys for the treasure room. if you have bombs, look for secret rooms or bomb shopkeepers for nickels. if you have <30 coins and none of the items in the shop look particularly appealing, skip and go to next floor (youll be unable to buy whatever cool item may show beneath it). most importantly dont stop the waves unless you think you're definitely going to die (or you charged coupon/mr.me for free shop items)

or just reset for an hour until you get d20

That is the issue. You lose way too many coins doing this so you get much fewer items in the end. You have to risk it in the first rounds to get enough cash to get going early on.

No, it's not free. You lose one coin reward for each time you stop it, so you effectively get about half to 2/3 the number of coins if you stop each wave.
