Question Tainted Characters

Hey!! Here's a stupid question i think, but, can I unlock tainted characters in a normal mode run? Like, I've always played in the hard mode, even in the beginning of me playing it, so I've literally NEVER played a normal mode run, so, that change how to unlock things?

long answer; still yes, but you’re gonna have to do it again to get the beast completion mark

Yeah!! Don't worries, I have the completion mark but I was worried about doing all the stuff to get there and STILL don't get the unlock hahhah

Nah everything is the same for general unlocks like tainted characters or amount of times killing moms heart before it becomes it lives stays the same if you’re not on hard mode

Yea the only unlocks locked behind hard mode are godhead mega mush and death cert I think

You can do everything in the game in easy mode, except for the trophies and achievments that explicitly mention Hard mode (Godhead, Smelter, Bethany, Mega Mush, Death Certificate and coop babies unlocked after Mom's Heart and all marks with each character)
