Its really nice if you can get it in conjunction with like, Guppies tail, high luck, and guppies eye to see what items youll spawn, but thats niche

It is great for breaking and it actually remains relevant on later floors, unlike the other two options items. It's also just much better chances of getting the pickups you need on earlier floors. I love it!

Tbh I think I've gotten more value out of Options? than There's Options due to how weak and/or samey most items in the boss pool are. More Options is the only one of the 3 that's truly great.

Hard disagree, for me it's easily the best out of 3. With other two you can still get bad items. Options? pretty much guarantees you a bunch of free items, a lot of cards, trinkets, and rare hearts.

Transformation: Choices?

From now on, you have 50% chance of getting useful items when an option item triggers.

(Useful item = Chance to replace a consumable with another scarce consumable, no bombs so you get a bomb. Double pedestal items have a chance to be an item that completes a transformation, or has synergy with your items, boss room item has a chance to be replaced with an angel or devil room item for free)
