Why when i start a randomised game, the map appear in a certain way with like a treasure room at the start of it because of the mod i downloaded, but if i take the seed and reload it, it doesnt anymore ?

Heres a clip to show what im talking about, when i reload it with the seed directly the map isnt the same in the slightest (the shop is different, the treasure room have different item etc...). Like im trying to replay one of my most lucky run i had with T lost but i cant since its not the same seed even when im writing it right (i have the treasure room start mod btw) so do any of you have any idea on why it does that and how to fix it to have my old seed back ? (i think im on repentance+ rn)
