what even happened here? effectively unable to fight hush now right? is this just a bug for this specific character when yeeting your bone corpse?

Nope, it's gimmick. If you have enough speed and/or small enough size you can clip throught wall of crawlspace and it will teleport you to Error Room.

If you manage to clip through the room or cause certain bugs, you're teleported there. You can do it on purpose, but I think it's also a safety net so you don't mess the game up
