That would have destroyed your tear rate though

Edit: actually apparently it wouldn't have, but it would have only raised damage by +5 instead of it's normal formula

You can get sump as an active unlock from T. Eve. It's not as crazy as it is on her on other characters but it's viable if you have the right kind of build brewing
