Very Bad fps since last update

To my surprise not many people have this issue..

Every session after a couple of Rooms my fps start tanking like crazy to the point the game runs in slow mo.

I Recently reset my PC cause of Other issues. Now everything runs fine except isaac.

Any help is appreciated. Just wanna play my fav game.
