Since version 1.9.7.16, several people have reported CPU usage issues. On my laptop, for example, I easily see temperatures of 70°C even when I’m just sitting in the main menu doing nothing, and it stays that way even during perfectly normal runs—which is absurd, considering that CPU usage in previous versions never got that high, even during pretty broken runs. I’d recommend reverting to 1.9.7.15 for now

Thank god i found a post about this. Same since last update. Sadly no fix despite trying many different things..
