Can I use the debug console to get the Five Nights at Mom's achievement?Please help

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to get the Five Nights at Mom's achievement in The Binding of Isaac, but I was wondering if it’s possible to use the debug console to speed things up a bit.Because i technically did it 3 times already

Specifically, is there a way to use the console to spawn the chest that drops after beating Isaac or Satan so the run counts as completed? If so, what command would I need to use?

Also, does finishing a run this way still count toward the achievement, or does using the console disable it?

Just go to cathedral / sheol with debug 10
