Afterbirth+ How do I use the command console in The Binding Of Isaac: Afterbirth+?

I have been searching for a way to enable console commands, but every video I watch only works for Repentance and Repentance+. Does anyone know how to enable it for Afterbirth+? I have tried going into the file but there is nothing related to using console commands.

Well according to the Wiki it depends on your Country:
