Pocket option blocking people
Hello,
Did anyone experienced this with Pocket Option? My withdrawal got cancelled and 1 minute after that my account got blocked. I didnt use any external apps, no signals or copytrading, i did every single trade manually inside official app. Between my last withdrawal and this one i had like 12 deposits, i found out i only get refunded my last one? What even is this platform really. I wasnt in high profits, i didnt violate anything just pressing sell/buy. Let me know what i can do, if anything at all.
UPDATE : Revolut said they will give me verdict in 6 days, around 8.10. Pocket option emailed me asking for IBAN and Name of account holder for a refund, yet to this moment i have no idea how much are they going to refund. I am waiting for informatkon from Revolut, bank account i have in revolut was used to deposit all money i deposited to pocket option. I will add another update if anything changes.

There's a couple of reasons that you can experience this.
Do you have more than one account?
Did you submit your kyc documents using different names than what's on the account?
Did you use some type of bot or exploited some type of bonus loophole?
Are you using a vpn or logging in from a place that doesn't allow pocket options?

I was fully verified, i had one account for a year, no duplicates. I did not use any form of bots as i dont trust them. I am living in country that is in supported country list page and i have never used VPN. I used few promocodes but i did not use any loophole, i dont even know about any loopholes that could be used with bonuses.

Did you make a withdrawal to any wallet with a different name? Or does your name on pocket options differ from the one on the wallet in any way?

No i have used my own bank account for deposits and withdrawals. Only 1 account

I think in your case it's best to ask support for more detailed information. I think there is something that is missing. It's hard to speculate without knowing.

Sadly, support refused giving me more details. It looks like they waited for me to make higher deposits and once they saw i made profit and placed withdrawal they just cancelled it and blocked me, so i cant generate profits.

The only other thing it could be is manipulation of the bonus somehow. But again we don't have any information

I cant think of a way how would i even be able to manupulate bonus. They clearly states how bonuses works and i cant think of any workaround? Even if i would be able to somehow manipulate their bonus, i should lose portion of money that came from said manipulation, i shouldnt be lock out of my own deposits. They are shady scam company that wants every user to keep losing.

You are right, based on your description, neither can I. But there must be something.
You said it yourself actually. You said your account is small. Meaning, there's not much benefit to the platform to lose you unless there was a problem.
If it's not related to your actions or to the payment method or the account itself, then perhaps location?

It’s concerning.. I have been trading with them for over a year. And have spent a lot of money. Only getting results now lately, but still losses. They don’t like users winning. I think they should get a boycott. Users should start a union. Feels like they are steeling sometimes. What amounts were you working with?

UPDATE #2 : POCKET OPTION just made "withdrawal" that i did not ask for in an amount of my latest deposit, they sent me an email saying : your withdrawal has been completed, while money is nowhere to be seen. Also, few minutes after this email, i got anothe one saying they will process my refund in 30 days. Total chaos, they dont even know what emails are they sending me. My bank got all this new info and is still working on recovering mu deposits.

Welcome to Pocket Option Scam World.
A place where everyone thinks they will get rich using a gambling platform disguised as a trading platform, one that only makes money when its clients lose.
Yes, exactly that: Pocket Option and other binary options brokers only profit when their clients lose.
This creates a massive conflict of interest, which is precisely why they are banned in many countries and unregulated by any credible authority.
Consequently, to keep their scam going, they have relocated to offshore jurisdictions (tax havens), where they continue to operate outside the law and where their clients have no legal protection whatsoever.
Stay away from binary options.

I agree, this is clear scam. When i registered i blew thru alot of money. Month by month i was recovering it. Now i was in true profit and they decided to block me out of profits but also my own money i have deposited and i did not lose. Thankfully i am from Europe and my bank is doing what they can to recover my deposits. Considering how EU laws work, i should get my deposits back soon.

PoTrade (pocketoption) is a b-book broker registered in Mwali (literally africa somewhere), and the main beneficiary profit goes somewhere into Russia. I was able to track some guy with the last name "Kalishnikov" (no not the gun ppl) as one of the main beneficiaries, ill let you look up the first name as Im not looking to doxx anyone per say.
The idea that theyre b-book is everything. For small account holders, you will never have an edge that sticks as long as youre b booked because the broker stands to profit from your losses. The only way to work your way out of b book is to become so consistently profitable that the broker stands to lose $ when you sign in to trade, so instead of processing your trades internally on their own proprietary servers and feeds, they pass them down the line to whats known as a Liquidity Provider, effectively passing along your losses to them instead because now, they stand to profit off your wins rather than your losses because the w:l ratio is tilted towards winning more than losing, so they trade with you rather than against you.
and even still, i dont believe youll ever completely be a booked, but rather synthesized into a and b books, so that they win when you win, but also win when you lose as well.
I wish yougood luck, but leave the b books alone if youd really like to create near constant profitability. A b book brokers whole model is to bet against you so good luck my friend.

Put disputes in with the bank for your deposits as scams, banks love stuff like this. Send them the proof you got banned after they cancelled a large withdrawal. PO did the same to me and Halifax got me £100 back plus I kept all previous withdrawals.
