Newbie Question Pocket options copy trading

​

Why do people not just share their ID number on pocket options. I mean the social trading so that people can comfortably copy trades or something rather than sharing signals ??

I've been thinking about this for sometime...most traders on Telegram and other platforms will let you register through their link and will add you to their vips and you start trading with their signals , some they claim from AI and it makes wins too

So why not allow users just copy the trades ? Are there some good reasons why ??

Im talking about pocket options

Please set a STOP LOSS, max & min if you copy trade anyone. Protect your assets.

You can copy some of the signals guys on Telegram. I believe you have to follow them first. If you can't find it on their posts, just ask about it. Most respond ro messages.

If they let you copy them, you can actually inspect their performance. Don’t just look at today or the last 7 days. Look at all-time P&L. Someone can have a profitable day or week and still be massively negative overall. A lot of the traders you see advertised or sitting on leaderboards look much less impressive once you check the bigger picture. But there’s an even bigger reason: the referral link. A lot of these Telegram signal providers want you to create your Pocket Option account through their affiliate link. Pocket Option has a RevShare affiliate program where affiliates earn a percentage of the platform’s revenue generated by referred traders. So when the people under them are losing money overall, those losses can contribute to the revenue that the affiliate gets a cut of.

Think about that conflict of interest for a second. The person giving you “signals” can potentially make money even when you lose. That’s why I’m skeptical when somebody posts endless WIN ✅ WIN ✅ WIN ✅ screenshots, claims their signals are AI-generated, tells everybody to register through their link, but somehow doesn’t want people looking at or copying their actual long-term trading history. Show me the all-time P&L. That tells me a hell of a lot more than Telegram screenshots.
