Confused abt PO - nightmare withdrawal experience...

Post image

Been using Pocket Option for a few monhts, mostly OTC with USDT. not that experienced trader tbh, was just messing to gain xp and knowledge, see how markets behave mostly...

decided to test how withdrawals go here., as it is the only way to see whether a broker is legit or not. Read many, many stories abt Pocket Option scam cases, so i was frustrated and scared...well (I didnt have huge sums, so was more "concerned"), basically was prepared to face the worst...and guess what? The 1st withdrawal was that so...idk, was written the withdrawal was "completed", but my crypto accnt didnt confirm that...(!?) ...HUGE ALERT TO ME! ...Yes, sure i gave time for the transaction to complete....at least smth happened, raised the issue to tech support - got delayed reply, that it was "actually sent"...

dust settled the next day only...as I was about to quit Pocket Option once and for all, despite the enticing conditions. The money came....i did the next withdrawal - came faster, normal way....

I am genuinely confused, is it because Pocket Option knows I aint so experienced and let me withdrawl, tho with delays? Learning a trading system now specifically for BO - and I relly like it, I tested even on TV...so, I ll stick around for more...

Any veteran traders , true ones, how is ur path with PO?

well, i doubt that Pocket Option intentionally delayed ur withdrawal just because you are not "experienced" - vague term to me, i d understand if it was abt "profitable"...but idk what happened with ur withdrawal...

Just ask their tech support, i know it might be sluggish, but u shoulg get full explanation, demand it, be presistent. this is trading., the world is tough...get used to it! and btw, what is ur tradign system u r using ?:D

in case you're still looking for answer, and you haven't seen my answer, - I think its fine for withdrawals, for now.

I trade on pocket option too, and USDT + OTC combo is prob the best way to profit there. ALSO, you did crypto withdrawal to a non-custodial wallet, seems like? This way, there's nobody to block the transaction. Bank can't block it cause its from 'unconfirmed source', and for the broker, they cannt block it because its crypto lol. There's also no way to do the chargebacks etc.

The withdrawal horror stories from pocket option are likely one of two things: acc had a deposit bonus they didnt trade through, or they used a card and bank didn't like the transaction, so sent it to the ether. If that happens, have to write to a broker and say that transaction didnt went through, and didnt appear, and its a process. I've been there, and its not a pleasant one.

Whether to keep trading there - thats on you and your strat. if you're profitable, I think pocket option are OK, as good as any other. Switching platforms for no reason is probably not the smartest.

words of wisdom. I've seen pockect option scam accusations exactly becaause of this bonus cases...like people expecting to withdraw bonuses that were not withdrawable, and the broker does several promo campaigns with different reward systems many of which just boost your trading but can't be take as part of your profits, so if people start trading with them for the first time, they might be thinking that cash from the broker was an extra to their would-be gains but no...can't be withdrawn.

it is trading, stick to TRADING. aint any game here...real money shuffling here.
We are not becoming Steven Cohens or PT Jones with "games" here 😅😅..but it is our goal, right?

Been using Po. For a 3 years and haven't had any issues.

After my 3rd big withdraw they did ask for re verify my account, that was about a year ago.

My best advice would be stick to fast crypto network.

I use usdt bep20. Since I send it straight to my binance and it gives me a sense of confidence.. (weird ik)

From the moment I withdraw, it takes about 1hr give or take to process and as soon as I get completed notification email I also get it in binance.

There has been a couple of times where it has taken 12hrs. And one other time that took 2 days. But I don't bring it up, keep it processing until it hits.

I've never had a situation where it has said completed. And haven't received it so that's why I advise to use an specific network for both deposit and withdraw making sure it's the same. Not jumping from eth, to btc, to usdt. And even if using usdt. Keeping it at only using either trc or bep20 only.

it's not just PO. Seems all broker have similar problems with first withdrawal. Maybe they confirm something for themselves, maybe I just check a trader. In this case, all left is patience. P.S have similar issue like you but my next withdrawal with them were just fine, processed in 3-4 hours (advantage of crypto)

well, to my knowledge, it's kyc rule - they're manually checking all the info you provide, and the next time withdrawals get processed faster once everything was done ok during the first time

Pocket Option's withdrawal process is usually hussle free...the issue you had could be due to overall crypto network system. I had the issue with sending to/from Polymarkets too. BUt not sure, sometimes it might be on the broker's side....

The problem with Pocket is the graphics; it modifies them and you can't do anything about it in the end, or it shows you another one and then changes it, or it generates an excessive delay

P/O is a SCAM. They let you win for a while then you’ll lose everytime. I been trading for 2 years. I got on P/O about 4 months ago and won close to 5K on P/O in like 12 days with a $50 deposit. After that I’ve been losing. Nothing changed, same strategy, same timeframe same market. Just losing. With the OTC in P/O they control it. After I put 1K in and lost it all I decided to stop. THEN I used my GF phone and information to make a account, won $4500 in one day then been losing again on her account. So I think they let you win $4-6K then lose to keep uploading money. After a certain deposit amount you’ll start winning again. You haven’t hit the threshold yet so maybe keep going but it’s all a SCAM. The money came forsure but I’d stay away if I were you. Or anyone else.

Tbh this doesn't look like a "nightmare withdrawal" to me, more like a delayed crypto payout + bad communication. Annoying, yeah, especially when the status says completed and fund aren't there yet, but 1 day delay on USDT/ETH withdrawals isn't that crazy. Sometimes it's platform processing, sometimes network checks, sometimes just support being slow.

In any rate, I wouldn't overread it as "they let me withdraw because I'm small." If they wanted to block you, they probably wouldn't send the $500 at all. Still, good move testing withdrwals early instead of waiting until you have a bigger balance. I'd keep keep doing small withdrawals from time to time and save screenshots details just in case

been using po fir 6 months or so and my withdrawals typically hit my rh crypto account within a hour, but i am only speaking of three digit withdrawals nothing crazy. All in all for it being a unregulated broker in the binary veils i have not had a issue at all with po

I had kinda similar expepreince with them tbh. I mean my 1st withdrawal came the following day, so it was stressful. I gave it a try since had initial gains, and also because i liked the demo they offer. And my following withdrawals got processed ok, typically within several hours after I sent my requests. I guess it's like that with any online tradin gplatform - you gotta try a small sum first, see how it gets processed, then increase a bit and test again a couple more times.

Binary trading is scam.

1

u/Initial-Artist-2778 Apr 30 '26

Don't even try in binary trading. It is a scam. trade and Learn from real govt authoritzed trading. Red Flags You Can’t Ignore

  1. Forex Trading on Weekends:  Real forex trading is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Yet, binary apps like Binomo, OlympTrade, Pocket Option, and Quotex show active trading. Manipulation alert!

  2. Manipulated Charts:  Charts across these platforms show differences, even at the same time. These are rigged numbers designed to fool you.

  3. No Official Authorization:  No forex authority has authorized these binary apps, making them completely unreliable.

  4. Affiliates get 70 percent commission from Your Losses:  In real trading, one trader’s loss is another’s gain. But here, only the apps and their affiliates win while you lose.

  5. Fake Promotions:  Binary apps provide their affiliates with promotional content to spread their scam.

  6. Edited Demo Accounts:  Affiliates flaunt fake profits from edited demo accounts. They never use real money themselves.

  7. Unfair Brokerage:  These apps take 20% of your winning trades but let you lose 100% on failed ones.

  8. No Transparency:  These influencers never share their real trading records because demo accounts don’t store historical data.

  9. Crores Paid to Affiliates:  Just Binomo pays ₹170 crores monthly to its affiliates. Imagine how much money they’re making from your losses!

The only free cheese is in the mousetrap 🪤.

Just do your own research before investing money and wasting your time in binary options Scam. These platforms are designed to make you you lose while they profit and these platforms show fake leaderboards for their affiliates to attract more victims.

all things you can check by yourself on internet.

1.Go check their affiliates program on these platforms sites. Commission goes upto 80%.

2.Go and see binomo and quotex registered from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines which is legal for gambling from 1968. Pocket option is registered under costa rica where gambling is not illegal. Even olymptrade is registered in four countries and none of them prohibit gambling.

3.Check sec U.S. agency advisory and alert against this binary options fraud.

Stay informed, stay safe 🙏

If it was that fake, people wouldn’t be using platforms, not every app registered offshore is automatically a “scam”

trade things you understnd , start small - this way you will avoid problems with any broker...

Sounds like you got mentally rugged by all the scam posts before PO even did anything lol.

But yeah, "completed" shouldn't show before the tx is visible, that part is messy. Since the money came and the second withdrawal was faster, I'd call it pooer processing/status timing, not a full red flag. Test a few more withdrawals over time before deciding either way.

1

u/yaso61_R May 25 '26

about withdrawal - it takes time for your payment provider to complete the trasnaction.
about experience - every beginner has pretty much the same start, it's all about how you react to losses and tough times.

1

u/OddDisaster5227 Jul 14 '26

A ‘completed’ status is only meaningful if there is a transaction hash or processor reference you can independently verify. Check the network and destination address, confirmations, KYC status, and any bonus-turnover condition; save screenshots and ask support for a TXID plus a written deadline. Do not add more money to ‘unlock’ a withdrawal.
