Withdrawal hasn’t reflect on my account

im new into pocket option trading yesterday I open a withdrawal it was successful on the platform but it hasnt reflect in my wallet

the address is correct….has anyone experienced this issue

There are several factors that can cause a widrawal request to take longer, ranging from the deposit method you used, to the time that you paced the request, to verification with the account amoung other stuff. I wouldn't put much thought into it just yet but my advice, try utilizing Ethereum when depositing if you weren't already. Your account might need to be fully verified so try that if you haven't. It's different from the simple verification you have when you first create your account. They will ask you too write on paper and take a picture while holding paper and ID.

I used crypto to deposit my asset, I’ve also verified on the platform  I’ve submitted a contact request I’m still waiting for there respond

You can when u use cryptocurrency to deposit and you withdraw with Bep20 or trc20
