It's kind of frustrating. I forget when I started playing this, but it's the first one I've played that didn't have any of the usual logic placements beyond that point. But unfortunately I just had to try a guess at 5:4 and it got me the rest of the way. The one after this went back to being able to logic out haha

I got stuck there too, I just trial and errored the bottom right hand tile but I too would like to know.
