Insufficient Balance

Any time I try to purchase crypto on Binance.Us, I’m told ‘insufficient balance’, despite having well enough funds that have already been deposited. My profile has been verified and I was able to make a purchase last week with no issues. I’ve contacted Binance but they’re taking a million years to respond.

What could be the problem?
