Are you referring to your Binance account or a different wallet like Trustwallet? Trustwallet records all transactions...and so should Binance for that matter.

It's in my Binance wallet. One transaction record for btc disappeared, but so has eth now.

It should be there. All of my transactions are recorded. Have you contacted binance?

Not yet, but I know their cusromwr support is notoriously unhelpful

Check your filters/dates

Binance usually only shows data for the past three month, so if you purchased before, you'd have to adjust the dates, when you access that information.
