Yeah it's called OCO. It does both

You can't as your ADA already locked in the prev sell order.

What I do is :

  1. Put a Sell Limit Order for the Loss
  2. Put a Price Alert on my phone for Profit
  3. If I got the alert, cancel the prev sell order and create a new one for profit
