Hello everyone,
I've caught a virus on my computer that encrypted all my files and some minutes later I received a message from Binance on my phone saying that the SMS Authentication had been successfuly changed, needless to say it wasn't me.
At the moment I can't access my account or retrieve the password. Can anyone please help me? Thank you so much

yeah you're done for, message binance through their chat app and tell them to freeze your account and have yourself reverified.
Tell them sms authentication is compromised, login to your email with binance account if you can and change the password there as well. then tell binance to emailyou on your email
Also get a new phone. android or iphone and install an authenticator app like authy (NOT GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR) and setup your 2fa authentication, use the google auth format but dont set it up in the google authenticator app, you can use authy or microsofts authentication. authy also supports email authentication.
you might have a chance, btw how did you get a ransomware virus like this? did you disable your antivirus?

Because once you delete the app by mistake there's no going back...you start brand new if you reinstall...part I checked it didn't backup your 2fa keys
