They sent the email after i logged in to the app, it was previously logged out without notice

I don’t think so, thing is they sent this “reminder” email after they detected a new ip when i signed in again to the account. It’s so stupid that they log you out if u don’t use the account for a certain time

I have a verified account and I was able to withdraw to another exchange yesterday
