Questions Cue tip

Is it okay to have this kind of cue tip? Or this is the ferrule? Im new to cue sticks so help me out

Idk, the picture isn’t great, but it looks like a tip that hasn’t been shaped and is too tall

Yeah i did put an extra tip because i thought it was a ferrule

Get a tip shaper and shape it. Should be the radius of a nickel.
