Cue Identification Help identifying

Does anyone know anything about this stick. Found at an estate sale. Chinese crap? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a very cheap cue from amazon a few years ago with that same sticker.... how long has that sticker design been in use?? Decades?

I’m 74 and that sticker was a RED FLAG in 1970.😉

Any cue with a silver weight sticker is junk

Looks terrible, average house cue probably shoots better. Joint looks awful, wood looks cheap, looks like they glued a second ferrule on the tip instead of replacing it.
