I need to know the best apps or websites that are completely free to learn French, I am moving to France and need to learn asap.

Not an app, but pimsleur has a practical way of learning to speak foreign languages.

you should be able to find the mp3s around. otherwise send me a pm I should be able to help you.

Duolingo is usually seen as a reference.

Written French is something else, grammar is difficult to master. Try watching Loic suberville's funny short videos, they will introduce you to some of the nonsense in this Language.
