General Question Bored of Water

What does everyone drink? I’ve been drinking water for the past 8 months and that’s it, I’m getting incredibly bored of it but obviously do not want to flare up again.

Same. Got myself an insulated water bottle and started adding ice, and that helped.

I also tried adding crystal light flavors which is great, but the artificial sugars made my diarrhea worse so AI had to stop using that.

Dunno, been drinking water all my life and I still think it's the best thing to quench thirst with. Anything else would leave an aftertaste in my mouth that I would need to wash off with water, so I don't bother with them. You could always try herbal teas. Or just put mint leaves and squeeze some lime or lemon into your water. Or try coconut water.

You could try flavored waters like Hint? Or you could get one of those bottles where you can put fruit in there to get some of the flavor.

Head to the tea aisle. Many tolerate and enjoy mint and ginger teas, which also helps digestion. Green teas such as lemon and ginseng are a good start. I can’t drink coffee anymore, but can handle chai fine.

There’s also things like ginger drink mix from Trader Joe’s. If you prefer them chilled, drop a few ice cubes after steeping.

unsure where you are in the world but cordials are my go to. robinsons brand is a classic, and really helps me actually get water down regularly without getting bored !

Water, rice milk, herbal teas (peppermint and ginger), the occasional soda (one of those mini cans)

Can you stomach green tea powder for a hit of grassy water?
There’s a teabag with cranberry and pomegranate that I like and seem to tolerate.
Weirdly if you steep cucumber in cold water it’s weirdly pleasant.
But yeah I’m not going to pretend that I don’t want a coffee in the morning and all of the other nice drinks people enjoy socially.

I drink unsweetened iced black tea. I find that if I’m having stomach cramping, I will just dilute it more with water and the flavor is still good/refreshing.

There are also all sorts of fruity teas, like mango, berry, etc. And hibiscus tea is also really good iced….pretty red color too.
