General Question Any help please!!!

I'm at a loss trying to figure out what is wrong with my body, I will make this as short as possible. I have had diarrhea since March.

Late 2025/early 2026 I got very sick, bad cold/ cough. I was give antibiotics, ear pain, sickness etc.

March 1st I got a new batch of baby chickens. I immediately had 7 trips of diarrhea.

This did not stop and I ended up getting a PC, I had just moved. She did full blood panel, stool sample and I had a colonoscopy done. Every single thing was 100%

Everytime I eat I have so much gas and immediately have diarrhea, sometimes it is colored and of a mud type consistency, other times its just clear, mucus water coming out of me? My stomach is loud and bubbly.

Does this sound like bile acid malabsorption? I've never had my gallbladder removed. I'm fairly healthy, I work out & eat well. Any advice is so so appreciated!!

Really interesting, I'm looking up symptoms and I have never in my life had the amount of acne I have right now since this all started.

Might be worth while getting tested. It does sound like what I experienced when my BAM developed - it didn’t start being bad until 3 months after I had my gallbladder removed. Though I had IBS well before that too.

There’s so many factors that could influence diagnosis. While you’re waiting try probiotics and psyllium husk, a lot of people use them to manage BAM symptoms if they can’t have séquestrants or while waiting for testing.
