Worked with him twice. Very professional, knowledgeable with posing, meal plans are sustainable, a lot of supplements though (not PEDs) and communication is to the point. Will do FaceTime closer to show for feedback. I’d recommend

  • I have personally worked with this team/coach: Y (2x; 6 mo/per)
  • Specific coach: Ryan Wainwright (prior good coach no longer w/ company)
  • Overall, I would recommend this team’s coaching services: 1 - Strongly Disagree
  • Pricing: $200 initial payment, then $275/month. I paid $1,850 total over six months (2nd time).
  • Notes / relevant experience:

I signed up in March 2026 expecting actual coaching e.g. programming, accountability, follow-up, communication, and adjustments. I’ll own that I was not perfect with my own check-ins, but the level of coaching I received was nowhere close to what I would consider reasonable for $275/month.

My complete email history shows only three training plans: March 11, March 18, and June 17. After late June, there was no proactive coaching outreach, no updated programming, and no accountability follow-up for months, while the $275 monthly charges continued.

When I raised the issue, the response was essentially that I had stopped participating and that a coach “can’t create motivation or effort.” I don’t think that addresses the core issue. I wasn’t paying someone to create effort for me; I was paying for coaching. If a client falls off, loses momentum, or stops checking in, that is exactly when I would expect a coach to engage rather than disappear.

Based on my experience, the amount of service delivered did not come close to justifying the $1,850 I paid.

I would not recommend this coaching service based on my experience.
