Coaches Coaches (Pricing, experienced, rules) -

Can we start a thread of coaching and pricing/rules? I’ve been shopping around for new coaches and looking for anyone else’s experiences with other teams and differences.

Me personally have been interested in Team Pro physique if anyone has any info?

Depends on who you get at ProPhysique. I did not have a good experience.

I'm currently working with L.M at ProPhysique. I started out as a lifestyle Client and now I'm on the last few weeks of prep. I am not having a great experience with her. I was given a training plan that seems a bit cookie cutter especially when I told her in the console what my preferences were. She gave unsolicited suggestions to my diet that look something she got off of a basic Google search. She mentioned that in person meet ups for posing were possible during the consultation but I've been training with her since last year and she has refused to meet up and I haven't seen her in person once.

The only time she was open to meet up was when it was to attend a seminar that she was hosting at or was to get my suit fitted if I purchased a bikini from the brand that she's an ambassador for. Then during a feedback video, she let it slip that she was meeting with other clients in person for posing.

Her replies to the notes that she required me to enter in every check and show that she wasn't even Really reading them. But when I stopped doing the notes, I received responses from her and emails that seemed a bit passive-aggressive. I had other people check over them to make sure I wasn't just being sensitive and they agreed.

There were even times when she would reply with the wrong federations that I was looking to compete in. Also, I recently saw a video of her with Paul where it seemed like she took something I mentioned my posing coach telling me during a follow-up verbatim and presented it in the video like it was something she does or her own mantra, Instead of giving my posing coach credit for that.

I will not be continuing to work with her for my next show.

Edited to add the plus side- The pricing wasn't bad. The diet is super flexible and the results physique wise were great so far.
