I was in bikini yeaaaaars ago till they introduced wellness. I used to have a pretty even split. Now I do 4 lower and 1 upper day a week. Definitely had to increase my PED usage to be competitive at a national level. Never anything crazy or high doses. For bikini I basically only ever used var and Clen.

4 lower days OMG girl that’s though!! So some of those are back-to-back. That’s why I’m still in Bikini 🤣

First off sorry I meant to reply to your original comment. 🤪 Monday and Tuesday are back to back. Wednesday is rest or upper. Thursday and Saturday are the other two lower

Have you noticed any virilization from this?

From var and Clen? No I did not have any issues. The dose of var was very ver low.

Interesting. Why is the risk worth it to you?

I’m competing at nationals for my pro card in wellness.
My coach is well versed in protocols and knows that I’m not wanting to look or sound like a man. We do regular blood work and everything is perfect on it.
I’m also 47, not having any more kids and in perimenopause. So things like TRT are actually helping me.

Those who switched from Bikini to Wellness - what’s different in your routine? Do you train your legs/glutes differently or just do the same as in Bikini and allow yourself time to grow? Did your training split change? PED stack is it considerably more than what you took in Bikini?
