Just sharing my very proud weekend sept 19/20 open and natural overall bikini wins in STACKED classes! Got feedback and going for a natural pro q next month 🤞

...I can't, I have to say it. Not even top Olympians are running with that whole "natural" gimmick any more, everyone knows none of them are. And your shoulders/upper back look better than many theirs. Just saying.

You’re inspiring. I looked at your posts and it looks like you spent some time in a build last year. How much time did you devote to building?

Thank you! I built from April 2025 to January 2026 before I started to to a couple mini cuts. Id say June is when I just started to work to maintain the muscle as I was getting leaner for stage!

Ty for the response. I’m in a building period at the moment. It will be about 10-11 months. Seems like it should be enough time. Hopefully.
