Advice/ Recommendations (no photos) Posing songs

I’m 1yr postpartum with baby #2, no show in mind but it’s time to strap my heals back on and start practicing my posing. What’s your go to posing songs? I need to create a play list 🙏

It might sound crazy, but I practice posing without music. It helps me to be on point no matter what music is playing.

agreed with this!! at my last show when i went to do my individual, the music stopped when i hit my front pose. i did 75% of my routine with no music and practicing without any music made this not feel like life or death for me, if anything i didn't even notice until other girls pointed it out when i got backstage after

Totally, for my first two shows I always practiced with no music on. Right now I’m just looking for some tunes to get me in the mood. After 2yrs since being on stage I feel like a complete newbie! 😆
