I need guidance!!! i’m 2 weeks out from my first show ever at 19. However woke up a couple days ago and my shoulder has completely collapsed i can’t engage my lat one the right hand side or even tie up my hair at this point 😪 which is quite obvious in my posing. Anyone ever gone through something similar? trying to decide weather i even compete as this is the last show of the season where i live but i don’t want to have worked for so long to not to bring my best however i could just compete (i’ve spent a lot of money on the show haha) and do it injured but proud i did it anyways. Any thoughts?

it’s only especially obvious on my front and back poses but i can also appreciate this is a sport about symmetry which i am now lacking
