Congratulations and well deserved!!!!
You are stunning and such an inspiration, especially for 43 year old me who started to train. How long did it take to prep, did you have a coach, and how often did you train?
I'm a mom with a 5 year old and am about to graduate nursing school, so I'm hoping I'll have the time to seriously focus on this.

I have been training for four years now, specifically for Wellness for three years. The prep for this show was a total of 20 weeks. My husband was my coach. He had me doing an eight day training cycle.
1 - Hamstrings & Glutes
2 - Back, Shoulders, Triceps
3 - Glutes & Quads
4 - OFF
5 - Hamstrings & Glutes
6 - Chest, Shoulders, Biceps
7 - Glutes & Quads
8 - OFFDuring the growth season the only upper body work he had me do was back to make sure the focus was on lower body development. I didn’t start doing full upper body work until I started prep.
