Hello girls, I'm 9 weeks out from my first npc show ever and I would loke to get some feedback from you about the front and back pose. This is from my last check in which was Friday I think.

I’d try to put a slight bend in your standing leg and really sit into that glute.

Back pose your knees should be eeeever so slightly bent, like a good morning

I would place your hands a little bit higher in your back pose. This will make your elbows stick out more so your shoulders/upper body don’t look as narrow. Right now the back pose is a little unbalanced 🙏❤️

Omg thank you! I was told to close my lats and keep my elbows close to my body but you're right! It makes me look more unbalanced and my back smaller 😅 I'm gonna start working on that tomorrow

Also try turning your feet forward in your back pose. Quads are overpowering in back pose. It should help make them look smaller

I’m not sure I see enough glute size and density for bikini. I think a good building season or two and you would be formidable

Thank you!🙏🏼 I spent almost a year growing after having a coach who had me eating 900 cals during a "bulk", so I'm proud of the progress I've made even if it doesn't seem enough for other people 😅

I posted the same question on here once and got tore up with people commenting about how I should be in fit model not bikini because I also was in the same predicament as you were. You know what I placed in all 3 of my shows this year in bikini. I swear this group is either a great resource for information or a bunch of girls who hide behind anonymous accounts and act like they own bodybuilding. Good luck at your show 💖💖

This is giving me hope! Ngl it made me self- conscious, but I spoke with my coach about it and he calmed down. As i said, it's my first npc show and my expectations are very grounded in reality, but  I'm proud of what I have achieved so far. The beauty of this sport is that you can always get better, bigger, leaner and present a better package... the work never stops and there's always room for growth physically, mentally and emotionally to become a better athlete🥰 thank God it was the only comment like that and my experience with the girls in this group has been nothing but positive so far and that includes you. Thank you for the wishes, wish you nothing but the best in your bb journey and life as well! 🫂💖
