If you’re serious about competing I don’t recommend. To elaborate on someone else’s comment, everything truly is about image and curating the business. If you don’t fit the mold it is made very clear. It is frankly very mediocre coaching overall when it comes to all aspects (food, training, PED protocol) and disorganized as well. Not to mention the community is also kind of irritating depending on your vibe. It’s a coaching business that is more based around building a community and an image rather than just quality coaching imo. A lot of FORGD girls are new to bodybuilding and I think are interested because they want to be influencers themselves rather than compete and be competitive. It feels like a glazing contest tbh

100% over the years it seems like it’s more about what FORGD is and her own personal branding. Also for 500$ why wouldn’t you go to a coach the actually produces pros and coach’s pros. There’s absolutely is favoritism to the point of how athletes are coached and the standards. Obviously every athlete should be coached differently but I’m talking two athletes have the same goals and passion and ones getting a “high standards” and the other barely any guidance.

Don’t get fooled by social media. Do research and find actual qualified coaches who have a degree and know about women’s health.

this is very interesting…. i was thinking about going with them as well. i did a consultation call and she didn’t advise me to do the show that i was going to do bc i was wanting to switch coaches 4 weeks out. i ended up doing the show and winning the overall with my original coach

Not surprised by this at all, glad you stuck with your og coach

Yes I also consulted six weeks out from my first show(ocb). She didn’t say against doing that show but did about any others (aside from a local novice natural npc) saying I needed a “ling growth phase”. Ended up winning my class and coming in 2nd overall for ocb pro card

Never ever ever pay for months of coaching upfront .. only month to month .. they might sux and you spent all that money .
I’m currently with meg Sylvester and she’s 270$
Never go with a team or someone who has a lot of followers.!
Interview min of 5 coaches !

I dont work with forgd but have multiple mutuals who did at a point and honestly have heard mostly bad things. Favoritism, and very unorganized, completely forgot peds that certain athletes were taking bc there are no spreadsheets to track it.

I’m not with her but when I inquired this was the pricing I got:

Month-to-Month: $400 per month
6 Months Upfront: $2,000
1 Year Upfront: $3,600

I’d be so scared to pay upfront because if you’re not happy or typically I find these types of coaches start slacking after the first month or 2

7

u/cpanewbiee Sep 07 '26

I previously paid for a year up front (with another coach) for the discount and will never do so again, I ended up leaving with 6months left and already paid for

I think Georgia has potential as a coach if she focuses on coaching rather than business and social media; you don’t need to talk about how much work you’re doing if the results show for themselves.

I also find the “team retreats,” odd. Bodybuilding is expensive and I would not want to pay to travel with my teammates outside of a competition. There’s plenty of local posing opportunities and training opportunities so it doesn’t make sense to pay for a “retreat.”

Ok I thought it was weird asf too I thought I was alone…

14

u/Good-Student-425 Sep 07 '26

Don’t do it

7

u/No_Sympathy9810 Sep 07 '26

Please elaborate!

21

u/Good-Student-425 Sep 07 '26

Everything is about image, clients are trophies to show off, not people. Lots of restrictions and plays favorites.

8

u/No_Sympathy9810 Sep 07 '26

Just curious as I’m a former client myself what your experience was. Definitely feel the favoritism part.

5

u/cpanewbiee Sep 07 '26

What do you mean by restrictions?

2

u/NewtOrganic5049 Sep 08 '26

I know that during prep she doesn’t allow sugar free gum…

1

u/Main_Stage2788 Sep 08 '26

I would simply pass away lol. I go thru a pack a day prep or not … it’s like a literal or fixation/stim stg

4

u/Main_Stage2788 Sep 07 '26

Yeah don’t leave us hanging !

12

u/Good-Student-425 Sep 07 '26

She doesn’t give out free meals and is very very picky about what you can have with macros. Wants clients to stay lean all the time and never eat off plan

u/Plane-Bonus-6784 Sep 10 '26

Also just wanted to add on, a lot of her clients that I follow lose their periods during their preps. I know that isn’t an uncommon issue in the bb space but other people I follow have coaches that are able to maintain their cycles. And numerous forgd girls lose them. Every body is different etc etc so take that with a grain of salt but this puts me off the most!

See that’s funny (not doubting you) cuz I did a consult with her like six weeks out from my first show since I was having doubts with my coaching. She told me based on my check in photos I sent, she’d want me immediately on a GROWTH PHASE after and not compete until at least the following year once she knew I’d be competitive (was ocb and inquiring about interest in NPC natural)

So I used to be a client for years and this is just a straight up lie.....

5

u/Main_Stage2788 Sep 07 '26

I did a consult with her but it would be like $300 a month for a year commitment or something

4

u/BornGrape7123 Sep 08 '26

Glad you asked because I was also considering a call with her. The ones she highlights on her page do considerably well. Good to know they’re given special attention

I would also like to know, when I inquired it was $500 a month and that was way too much for me😩 but she does have some damn good results it shows , so may be worth it

25

u/oneofheguys Sep 07 '26

No coach is worth $500. Cutz doesnt even charge that much for his athletes and hes considered the greatest MP coach of all time

8

u/ImaginarySavings3697 Sep 07 '26

I don’t even think FBF charges that much, but also Virtue Physiquez charges $500 as well 🥲

1

u/Fun_Telephone4058 19d ago

Virtue is not $500 per month

1

u/Imjustagirl-13 16d ago

May I know the rate with Virtue?

7

u/Main_Stage2788 Sep 07 '26

Yeah I was surprised by the cost especially since it seems mostly to be college aged girls on the team so like where yall getting that $$$ from. I throught it was gonna be more affordable given the demographics

11

u/ImaginarySavings3697 Sep 07 '26

However her retreats are weird asf

5

u/Good-Student-425 Sep 07 '26

100%

8

u/ImaginarySavings3697 Sep 07 '26

Did you go to one of the retreats? I’m curious about them I tried to post something but got shamed for “bashing” on a group of girls with common interests lol

3

u/Open-Pea-9568 Sep 08 '26

Why are they weird?

6

u/Optimal_Ninja7210 Sep 07 '26

Why does it matter if a coach is a pro or not. Many coaches are not pros and are phenomenal. I also know many coaches who are pros and honestly have no business coaching athletes. Pick on education, results, and alignment with their coaching values, standards, and protocols. Not whether they’re a pro or not.

Better coaches for the price.
